2. Data we process
This website has no contact form, no account area and no newsletter. We process personal data only in the following cases:
- When you contact us by email or through LinkedIn: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
- When you visit the website: technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and the date and time of access, recorded in the server logs of our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

- Responding to your enquiry and any follow-up exchanges: our legitimate interest in answering professional requests, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Operating and securing the website: our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. To display the main background image, your browser loads a photograph from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com), which technically receives your IP address in order to deliver the file. The LinkedIn link takes you to LinkedIn, which applies its own privacy policy.
5. Recipients
Your data is not sold or rented. It may be processed on our behalf by our hosting and email provider, OVHcloud, whose infrastructure for this service is located in the European Union. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.
6. Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and in any event no longer than three years after our last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept for a limited period determined by our hosting provider, generally not exceeding one year.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability, under the conditions set out in the GDPR. To exercise these rights, write to info@chdgroupmanagement.com. We may ask you to verify your identity.
